Does Cryptopay.me have a premium on the bitcoin price/a bad exchange fee?
They do not state that they charge any premium prices, they do charge a fee for cash withdrawals and other services offered via their prepaid card (which you can easily find on their website by clicking on the “PREPAID CARD” tab), however, there have been reports by users which state that their BTC/USD exchange price is not favorable compared to the actual market price, one even stated that the price had a 4.5% difference plus other added fees when you withdraw BTC from the ATM, which is an staggering amount already, and even if no scam reports have been made about this company, there have been many user complaints due to these fees and their verification process.

Are there scam reports?
Cryptopay.me offers many services, whether they uphold their word regarding these services is a different story and in the crypto world where everything can be uncertain, with scams popping out every day, when a company gets so many complaints from its user base, it does not set a good image for it, so always do your proper research before making the decision of using a company’s services, it does not only apply to companies that deal with cryptocurrencies, but every company that exists.
Cryptopay.me is currently functioning well but we never know when this kind service can stop being trustworthy, as we have seen how companies tend to have a good start and then become scam. This is why you shouldn’t entrust bitcoin debit card services with too much money.

Overall conclusion
The biggest benefit of Cryptopay is that they offer services for major currencies like, EUR, GBP and they are shipping the VISA card free worldwide. The website is built well designed. However because the prices schedule is slightly above average compared to competitors, users should consider whether they will use all three currencies and whether it worth doing so via Cryptopay.
